This meetcritique blog is a bit different. We chatted with an Ashley Henderson – a mom of three gymnasts and one of our first FastTrack customers – about life with three gymnasts and how meetcritique has helped her girls.
For the Henderson’s, gymnastics is a family affair. With three daughters aged 11, 9, and 5 involved in the sport, meet season for mother Ashley Henderson can be a blur of excitement and stress that comes with having 3 gymnasts compete and practice at different times and places.
The oldest two have been gymnasts for six years, while the youngest joined two years ago. What keeps them motivated? “They love the friendships they have made, and they love the fact that gymnastics has made them so strong and flexible!” Ashley shared.
When another gymnastics mom recommended meetcritique, a video review service for gymnasts and parents, Ashley decided to give it a try a couple of months ago. With three gymnasts, she knew they’d have plenty of routines to submit, so the 40-pack FastTrack option made the most sense.

The girls review their routines, read the summaries, and pay closer attention to every detail, something that has “truly helped them improve at each meet!” Their mom also appreciates the judges’ notes, which highlight the positives before offering constructive advice for improvement.
